I see individuals ages 14+ to address a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, gender/sexuality topics, abuse/neglect, neurodiversity issues, chronic illness, dissociation, domestic violence, family issues, grief/loss, phobias, social anxiety, somatic issues, etc. I specialize in supporting folks within the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and/or those who have experienced trauma.
I see couples on a limited basis and employ a solution-focused approach to couples therapy sessions that address communication issues, conflict resolution, and improving your connection with each other. I often encourage couples to practice the skills learned in sessions with each other during the week to maximize the benefits of their couples therapy experience.
I provide family therapy on a limited basis for adult family members, including adult siblings, parent/adult child, and extended family members. In these family therapy sessions, I focus on strengthening the relationship dynamic, improving healthy communication and conflict resolution skills, and processing shared trauma or grief/loss together.
Please Note: I am licensed in the State of New Mexico so I can only see clients who are located within New Mexico at the time of therapy.
