I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I provide therapy both in-person and virtually via telehealth to individuals throughout New Mexico. As an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist, I specialize in EMDR therapy and also serve as a Consultant-In-Training (CIT), offering consultation to other EMDR clinicians.
As a queer, neurodivergent woman, I deeply understand the importance of affirming care for those who have been marginalized by society, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, disabled, and neurodivergent individuals. I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, and I spent several years in Colorado while pursuing my undergraduate degree. Additionally, I am conversationally fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
My experience includes working in domestic violence shelters and transitional living agencies, where I provided case management, therapy, and crisis intervention, as well as with various community mental health and group practice agencies. I am passionate about social justice and advocating for marginalized and oppressed populations. In my personal life, I am also a dog lover and an avid bookworm.

I strive to create a comfortable space for you to express your thoughts and feelings, including those thoughts you might be afraid to share; I'll be here with you for all of it, providing affirming care throughout your journey.
I emphasize an individual's strengths, internal resources, and natural supports to overcome life's challenges and find inner peace. My practice is rooted in a compassionate, strengths-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and an anti-racist perspective.
Taking that first step towards healing isn't always easy, but it is the single greatest act you can take for yourself and your future. I strongly believe you are the only expert on you, and my role is to come alongside you to offer support as you work towards peace and healing.
